This traditional medical system is still in regular use, written down and well tried by millions of people, which ensures safety and reliability. It is still practiced today throughout Arabia, North Africa, and the Mediterranean.
Q: What is unique about Sprunk-Jansen’s products?
A. Based on the Greek-Arabic tradition, no more than four active ingredients are used in a product. And only the plant parts which are specifically therapeutic for a given condition are used – such as the seeds or roots, which tend to have the highest concentration of active ingredients. Every Sprunk-Jansen product in clinically tested at universities and results are published in peer-reviewed journals.
Q. How do I know these products are safe?
A. All Sprunk-Jansen herbs are grown or wild crafted by local farmers in the Middle East who are known to the company’s team of herbalists and scientists. After drying, cleaning, and sorting, the herbs undergo extraction and concentration in the most modern sophisticated extraction facility in Israel and are produced in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) certified facilities under strict quality control.
Q: Your graphics are beautiful. Where did the butterfly come from?
A: The butterfly logo was the result of a quest for a symbol that represented naturalness and beauty, and would stand the test of time. Professor Wally Olins, an internationally-acclaimed branding expert worked with our founders in Copenhagen to articulate the brand.

Q: Can this cream cause an allergic reaction?
A: The cream consists only of natural ingredients and should not cause an allergic reaction. However, a very small percentage of people do suffer from being allergic to citrus, which is one of the active ingredients in the cream. Always discontinue use of any product if you have an allergic reaction after using.
Q: Does this cream contain parabens?
A: No - There are no parabens or sulfates, petrochemicals, artificial dyes or fragrances in any of our Sprunk-Jansen creams.
Q: How much cream should be applied and are more applications better?
A: The cream should be applied in a thin layer on the skin on the affected area. Avoid washing the area until some time has passed and the cream is completely absorbed by the skin. Our research shows that 2 applications daily, morning and evening, provide the best results. However, individual needs may vary, but fewer than two applications daily is not recommended.
Q: The cream has a distinct odor of lemon. Has this been added artificially?
A: No - Lemon is one of the active ingredients in the cream. This is what gives it its distinct odor. What you can smell is real lemon.
ANUSALVE
Q: I don't have hemorrhoids, but merely a sore bottom. Will I benefit from using this cream?
A: Yes, the cream repairs damaged tissue which could have caused been by an upset stomach or by other instances. It also relieves itching and irritation.

Q: How long will it be before I see any improvements?
A: Results will usually occur within 2-4 weeks.
Q: I have tried other acne products that have dried out my skin. Will SPOTLESS do the same?
A: No - SPOTLESS keeps the skin moist, but still manages to stop the production of sebum.
Q: What is the best way to apply this product?
A: First wash your face, back, chest or the area you wish to treat, carefully with mild soap. Then apply SPOTLESS in a thin layer. Leave the cream on and let your skin absorb it. Do NOT wash it off.
Q: How long will a tube of SPOTLESS last me?
A: SPOTLESS™ comes in 50 ml portions. How long it will last, depends largely on how regularly and how much cream you use per application. However, two applications in a thin layer, only on the face, should last you about 50 days.
